I’ll keep my story for another day because today is about YOU. If I could make a difference in any way - even by just sharing this message now, I truly hope it does. Your mind’s wellbeing is as important as your body’s. You can’t do one without the other. Seeking therapy is just like going to the doctor’s when you’ve got a fever. There’s nothing to be ashamed of.
